learning to blog, feeling motivated!

Since this is my very first blog, it is taking a little time figuring out how it all works, however I think I am starting to get it down. Hopefully in the next few days I will have time to take new pics and post. I might even do a vlog, if I am able to post videos here but all I have is my iphone video. Can I post videos here, and with someone as simple as my phone? I guess we will find out :)

I am feeling very motivated, I am finally getting a better schedule at work which will allow me to find a better eating schedule/routine. I need routine in my life, it helps me stay on track! My normal weight in day since I started WW is monday however since tomorrow is labor day no meetings, which means I wont be able to make one until later this week. I am actually glad about that because last wed-fri were not good days for me so this allows me to get back on track (which I have) and hopefully lose more at my next weigh in! I am also starting my work out routine this week. I go to a gym although the past month I have not, I am getting back on the saddle. I will mostly work on cardio while at the gym. I have come to love the eliptical. Goal is to go 5 times this week. I am excited and motivated, and cannot wait to hit the gym in the morning.
